Cancellations/No-Shows
Because these times are held specifically for you, we ask that you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice of your original appointment time if you are unable to attend. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no-show to your appointment, you may be charged up to the full rate of your scheduled session.
Medication/Medication Management
Third Coast is a mental health provider only; therefore, we are unable to offer medical advice or prescribe medications (including ketamine). If you are looking for medications, we are able to help refer you to psychiatrists who can meet this need.
